Martin Guillemot was born in Paris in 1957. An agricultural engineer, farmer-breeder and environmental activist, he became a bookseller and publisher in Narbonne. From 2012, he founded the Éditions L’An Demain there and it is in Sète since 2019 that he has made it his sole activity, which has allowed development and a solid installation in the Sète publishing landscape. He publishes works dedicated to the local historical, literary, artistic and gastronomic heritage with the best seller The Sète cuisine of Jean Brunelin.
