Oil and moss – Igor Tereshkov
From January 13 to March 6, 2022
Documentary photographic center – imageSingulières – Sète
Opening in the presence of the photographers Thursday January 13, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
Robin Friend's Bastard Countryside explores the British landscape as a series of metaphors. Each photograph is a representation of how our modern way of life is destroying the planet.
Oil and moss, by Igor Tereshkov, features photos taken in the Khantys-Mansis Autonomous District in western Siberia, where about 50% of Russia's oil is produced. This work denounces the irresponsible way in which we treat fossil fuels.
